Covid-19 (Corona virus) update

Dear Customers,
As you are aware the country is currently faced with a Corona-virus Pandemic, I would like to 
reassure you that our maintenance service will attempt to continue to provide ongoing services and acute response where it is safe to do so. I estimate that the office will be closed but a member of 
staff can be reached via email or the emergency number. Moving forward, we will be screening all calls to ensure our contractors and employees are kept safe. If a reported issue is not classified as an emergency, it will be dealt with when possible. Please understand due to COVID-19 there could be potential delays to maintenance completion.
